There are various ways in which we can help and together we can decide which option suits you best. After assessment, we will decide with you the most appropiate therapy choice from the following N.I.C.E (The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) recommended treatments:

When further support is required:

Some people will only require the first steps. Other people might require high intensity therapy and may go on to receive one of the following therapies:

 

Face to face CBT

Counselling

Interpersonal Therapy

 

 

 

When someone else might be more helpful:

Sometimes we’re not the right service for you. Some people will be referred to another service if we feel we are unable to provide the most suitable treatment.
