Free Adult Community Learning courses available in Wokingham and Bracknell for people with mild to moderate mental health issues

There are two groups:

 

Group A (Based in Wokingham area: all RG postcodes except RG12, EG42, RG45) courses are based on community courses that focus on targeting a specific symptom e.g. sleeplessness, low mood e.g. Yoga for sleeplessness

 

Group B (based in Bracknell area and for people with postcodes RG12, RG42, RG45, SL postcodes) are general adult community learning courses e.g Cooking, Winter Walks etc.

All learners are offered up to 3 hours of information, guidance and advice. Please signpost people to this as appropriate. Funding ends July 17. (Nb they will also signpost people to our service as appropriate).
